What is your return policy?
Guchiebird’s wants you to be happy with your purchase. We will gladly make an exchange or refund, minus original shipping charges, within 30 days of your on-line purchase of goods. Returned items must be unused, in like-new condition with original packaging and materials. A receipt must accompany returns. Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment. Gift recipients will be issued a store credit. Store credits have no expiration date and may be redeemed on-line or in person. Return shipping and insurance are at the customer’s expense. Sales are final on custom orders, layaways, and reduced price items.

If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please save the original packaging material and contact us directly within three days. We will replace the item if possible or issue a refund.
